24 frames baked in Blender, swapped against scroll position. It feels like a live 3D model you are rotating — but it is 24 images and about 30 lines of JavaScript. On a phone this is the best of all of them, because scrolling is already the gesture your thumb is doing.
The ortho framing is locked across the whole orbit in
bake.py. Fitting the camera per frame — the obvious way — makes the model
visibly pulse as it turns, which is invisible on one still and glaring in a scrub.
